PRICELE$$ is a one-hour documentary that takes a look at how our nation's democracy has reached a wobble - and how it can be stabilized. Segment 3 is the search for a solution to the problems observed earlier. Arizona has road-tested a voter funded election system that many want to bring to the nation's Capitol.
